Duminda is the Managing Director of EXCOM, overseeing the UAE, KSA and Sri Lanka branches and responsible for overall management and development of EXCOM. He is a proud member of EXCOM team since its inception in 2017 as an emerging young, vibrant startup company. He is focused on ensuring that our high standard of service delivery is maintained to protect client’s best interests. His well diversified knowledge and experience over 14 years in cost management and contract administration in residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and infrastructure sector together with his leadership skills earned him his current role in EXCOM. Duminda has a robust quantity surveying background holding a BSc (Hons) degree in quantity surveying, and reading MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution. He is professionally qualified chartered quantity surveyor with MRICS, A.I.Q.S.SL., MAIQS, CQS, and MCIArb qualifications.
