The Signature Residences offer sweeping views of the lush Emirates Hills neighbourhood and Dubai Marina. Excom efficiently provided the Post Contract Commercial and Contract services for the MEP Works of this Project. As a result of long relationship due to fully satisfied QS services provided by Excom, chain of QS services were offered to the same client and this was the 4th project awarded.
