Manjula is dedicated professional with 14 years’ experience in quantity surveying, cost management, contract administration, establishing and maintaining realistic budget. She has experience in working on wide variety of projects such as villas, residential, high-rise, commercial, large mixed-use developments, education, leisure, hotels and infrastructure projects in the Middle East region and Sri Lanka.

Manjula is a chartered quantity surveyor and developed her professional career from graduate quantity surveyor to senior level. She maintained tremendous track records throughout her career, committing to the highest standards of her delivered services. Currently she holds Head of Pre-contract devision at EXCOM Sri Lankan branch, with overall responsibility for managing and delivering the outsource pre-contract works.
